Bobbi Lynn Holland
Sales Associate Joining our team in 2018, this Del Rio native brings a diverse set of skills and expertise. A 6th generation Texan, Bobbi Lynn is proud of her Texas roots, including her father’s and grandparents’ ties to Kimble County. Having lived in most areas of Texas, she can relate to city & country life, oilfield & agriculture, coastal plains & desert. After 17 years in the Real Estate Title Insurance business, serving Wilson, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Williamson, Travis, Kimble, and Edwards Counties, Bobbi Lynn decided to share her experience with Kothmann Real Estate.
Bobbi Lynn, her husband Preston, and son Shane currently own and operate a company specializing in land improvement, fencing, metal building erection, welding, and fabrication. In their down time, they enjoy making improvements on their home and property, caring for their animals, which are mostly rescued, fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, and kayaking.

Ryan Tatsch
Ryan grew up on a farm/ ranch operation in Southern Colorado. Before he could walk, he rode shot-gun in a pickup with his dad to check their farm and the feedlot operation. As he grew up on more responsibility, helping with the feeding and working of cattle. Their ranch was some 20 miles away and there he helped build fences, mend water gaps, and gathered animals. He also checked the buffalo herd there-they raised buffalo for the first 8 years they owned the ranch. Ryan worked cattle and buffalo and helped with the daily checking and feeding chores. During his high school and college years. Ryan rode horses and participated in calf roping at rodeos. He graduated from the University of New Mexico.

Kyle Hull
Kyle Hull is a licensed Texas real estate agent with R.D. Kothmann Real Estate agency. Kyle began his career in Kimble County after graduating with a Construction Science degree from Texas State University in 2009. He immediately went to work in the local family business, Hull Construction Inc. He has been building custom homes and various projects all over the county for the last 10 years. Kyle has been a real estate agent for the past 6 years. His construction experience and knowledge of the area has benefited many clients with their real estate transactions.
Kyle is a fifth generation Hull, born and raised in Kimble County. Growing up, Kyle still remembers spending many days enjoying all of the outdoor activities Junction has to offer. Throughout the years, Kyle has seen Junction and the surrounding area grow and change. Through it all he believes that Junction is one of the most beautiful places to settle down. He is happy that he and his wife Gwen will get to raise their four children in the same community that he grew up in. That’s correct, 4 kids. When Kyle and his family find free time they enjoy hunting, fishing, kayaking, and digging for arrowheads. Kyle would be happy to help you find your dream home or ranch.
