Sales Associate Joining our team in 2018, this Del Rio native brings a diverse set of skills and expertise. A 6th generation Texan, Bobbi Lynn is proud of her Texas roots, including her father’s and grandparents’ ties to Kimble County. Having lived in most areas of Texas, she can relate to city & country life, oilfield & agriculture, coastal plains & desert. After 17 years in the Real Estate Title Insurance business, serving Wilson, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Williamson, Travis, Kimble, and Edwards Counties, Bobbi Lynn decided to share her experience with Kothmann Real Estate.

Bobbi Lynn, her husband Preston, and son Shane currently own and operate a company specializing in land improvement, fencing, metal building erection, welding, and fabrication. In their down time, they enjoy making improvements on their home and property, caring for their animals, which are mostly rescued, fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, and kayaking.
